I Guess It’s Time Again… (A Rant On Life)

I guess it’s time again to write these words. Hopeful, needed words. Sparklers thrown into the darkness of the world, so someone sees them and feels a little better.

I guess it’s time again to adjust those scales with a single grain of sand more amongst all other artists doing the same. Continue reading

IT’S NOT CHRISTMAS YET!

“It’s Christmas time!”

No! It’s not!

Not yet. I love Christmas. I adore Christmas. Holy crap, it’s almost here and I am excited. Family and Christmas specials and shopping (yep, bucking stereotypes, I’m a guy who deeply enjoys going shopping—just not for clothes) and I’m looking forward to every iota of Christmas lights I can get into my eyeballs and on my brain.

BUT I also like Thanksgiving. I find that holiday fun as well. I’m looking forward to that, first. So, just because Halloween is over, does not mean it is winter holiday time yet! Continue reading

I Don’t Want To Hear About Politics Anymore

Don’t tell me anything. I don’t want to know. I have my own opinions, and I… just…I don’t want to hear it. Like, shut up internet, please.

So sit down. All of you. Let me disillusion you of some notions. Continue reading

Everyone knows that books can have effects on life, can help you through decisions, and so on. But what people don’t always know, is that this applies to all books. Fiction as well as poetry, nonfiction as well as historical. All of them could change you.

For me there is a few books that did this. Brave New World, Illusions. But most of all, Ender’s Game. Continue reading
