Lock it down,
Take it out,
Keep it going—
Another bout.
When you see the world,
As gods more than men,
When the fabric is there,
To be how you want it to bend,
When the sky is ashes,
And it was because of your will,
When you demand your face—
On every dollar bill,
You’ll know the ways of things,
The cultures and the power,
That rest inside the skin,
Of a fireball flower,
You’ll know a finger flick,
And a movement of the wrist,
Will bring upon more damage,
Than any devil slime slick—
If you control the world,
You know what you can do.
You can end it all you want.
And then make it dark and anew.
