I believe it was Chuck Wendig who said a writer must have another artistic outlet beyond writing. And I’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts.
So, I thought I’d make my own. But, as you all know, I am not one to do things in the normal way.
So instead, about 35 days ago I began recording. A semi-improvisational project based around on-the-fly observations of the world around me.
Only, of course, it wasn’t about what I was actually seeing.
I made into a dark horror tale told from first person with me voicing the character.
Because of course I did.
I’m Brandon Scott. Character killer. Dark writer. Dark podcaster.
And now that I have a bulk of content in various stages and some even completed, I am proud to announce:
Endmare

“Where nightmares end. And something else begins.”

Here are the first two episodes:
I’m going to try to update it every Friday, so I hope you’ll like and subscribe, and all that. If you’re a fan of my writing work or my flash fictions, this will be right up your alley. I try to have fun with it, and I hope you will too.
With that said, I do need to warn you that it is rated “R” for violence, swearing, disturbing imagery, disturbing or upsetting sounds, and intense themes.
It is a horror series after all.
I may do regular posts on this blog when new episodes’ come out, but I’ll still do the normal blog posts and flash fictions on the usual days, no worries.
Stay spooky my friends.
